slotpj (operating at slotpj.cam, hereinafter "slotpj", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every individual who accesses or uses our platform. This Privacy Policy describes our practices in relation to the collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of personal information provided by or generated in connection with users of the slotpj website, mobile platform and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders and any other individual whose personal data is processed in connection with the Platform. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "CNIC" means a Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority), Pakistan.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory standards.
• "Cookie" means a small text file placed on a user's device by the Platform to enable certain functionalities, analytics and personalisation features.
• "Legitimate Interest" means a legal basis under applicable data protection law that permits Processing of Personal Data where such Processing is necessary for a genuine business interest and does not override the individual's privacy rights.

slotpj collects the following categories of Personal Data, depending on how you interact with the Platform:

We do not knowingly collect special-category sensitive personal data (such as biometric data used for identification, health data, or racial or ethnic origin data) beyond what is strictly required for KYC liveness checks or where required by applicable AML regulations.

Personal Data is collected through the following means:

4.1 Direct Collection

Data you provide directly when you: register an Account, complete KYC verification by uploading a CNIC or passport through the secure HTTPS portal, make or request a deposit or withdrawal, contact our support team via live chat or email, complete surveys or feedback forms, or opt into promotional communications.

4.2 Automated Collection

Technical and Usage Data is collected automatically as you browse and interact with the Platform, through cookies, web beacons, server logs and similar tracking technologies. This data is collected irrespective of whether you are a registered User. See Section 10 (Cookies & Tracking) for further detail.

4.3 Third-Party Sources

We may receive data about you from third parties in the following contexts:

• Identity verification service providers that cross-reference KYC submissions against authoritative data sources for fraud and AML screening;
• Payment processors that provide transaction status, fraud signals and method-specific data required to complete deposits and withdrawals;
• Analytics providers that supply aggregated behavioural and technical data to help us understand Platform usage;
• Advertising and affiliate networks that provide referral attribution data where you arrive at slotpj via a third-party partner link.

slotpj processes your Personal Data on one or more of the following legal bases, as applicable under the data protection laws of the Operator's licence jurisdiction:

• Contract Performance: Processing necessary to create and maintain your Account, process transactions and deliver the services you have requested.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with AML legislation, KYC regulatory requirements, tax obligations and court or regulatory orders.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests — such as fraud detection, platform security, responsible gambling monitoring and analytics — where those interests are not overridden by your privacy rights.
• Consent: Where we rely on your consent — for example, for non-essential cookies or direct marketing communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time without detriment to your Account. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of Processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To create, maintain and administer your Account and provide Platform access;
• To verify your identity and age in compliance with KYC and AML requirements;
• To process deposits and withdrawals in PKR and conduct associated fraud screening and AML checks;
• To manage and enforce bonus terms, wagering requirements and promotional entitlements;
• To monitor account activity for signs of problem gambling and to apply responsible gambling tools and restrictions where appropriate;
• To provide 24/7 customer support in English (and Urdu on request) via live chat and email;

We do not use your Personal Data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review, except where required by applicable AML or fraud-prevention regulations and subject to appropriate safeguards.

slotpj does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share your data only in the following circumstances and with the following categories of recipients:

7.1 Service Providers (Data Processors)

We share data with carefully selected third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, under written data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection obligations. Categories include:

• KYC and identity verification providers;
• Payment processing partners (relevant where Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or other payment rails are involved — purely as processing context; these providers are not affiliated with or endorsing slotpj);
• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers;
• Analytics and platform performance providers;
• Customer support technology providers;
• Responsible gambling monitoring and self-exclusion scheme operators.

7.2 Regulatory and Legal Disclosure

We may disclose Personal Data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, courts or other governmental bodies where we are legally required to do so or where disclosure is necessary to protect the legal rights, safety or property of slotpj, its users or the public. This may include disclosure to the Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) of Pakistan or equivalent AML authorities in the Operator's licence jurisdiction in connection with suspicious transaction reporting.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of slotpj's business, Personal Data held by us may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer where required by applicable law.

7.4 With Your Consent

We may share your data with other third parties where you have given explicit, informed consent to that sharing, which you may withdraw at any time.

slotpj operates under an international licensing framework. Accordingly, your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Pakistan. Such countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your home jurisdiction.

Where Personal Data is transferred outside of the Operator's primary licence jurisdiction to countries that do not offer an equivalent level of data protection, slotpj takes appropriate safeguards to ensure your data remains protected, including:

• Standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant data protection authority;
• Binding corporate rules where applicable;
• Transfers only to countries deemed adequate by the applicable data protection authority.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred internationally in accordance with this Policy.

We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations. Specific retention periods vary based on the category of data and applicable requirements:

• Account and KYC Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, as required by AML legislation in the Operator's jurisdiction;
• Transaction and Gaming Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years for AML, audit and dispute resolution purposes;
• Support and Communications Data: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years for quality assurance and complaint resolution;
• Technical and Usage Data: Retained for up to thirteen (13) months for analytics, thereafter aggregated or anonymised;
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained until consent is withdrawn, plus a further two (2) years as an evidence record.

Where data is no longer required and no legal obligation to retain it exists, we will securely delete or anonymise it. Where we are unable to delete data immediately for technical reasons, we ensure it is isolated from further active processing until deletion is possible.

slotpj uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (including web beacons and local storage) to operate the Platform, maintain your session, remember your preferences and analyse usage patterns. Cookies do not give us access to your device beyond the information they are specifically designed to collect.

10.1 Types of Cookies We Use

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. They enable session management, authentication and security features. You cannot opt out of these without ceasing to use the Platform.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences such as language (English), PKR currency display and responsible gambling tool settings to provide a personalised experience.
• Analytics Cookies: Collect aggregated information about how users interact with the Platform to help us improve performance and content. We use this data anonymously and in aggregate.
• Marketing Cookies: Track visits across platforms to deliver relevant advertising and measure campaign effectiveness. These are only placed with your consent.

10.2 Managing Cookies

slotpj implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Measures in place include:

• HTTPS encryption across all Platform pages and data-transmission channels;
• Encrypted storage of account passwords using industry-standard hashing algorithms;
• Access controls restricting Personal Data access to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis;
• Secure, HTTPS-only KYC document upload portals — documents must never be submitted via unsecured channels;
• Regular security assessments and vulnerability reviews;
• Data breach detection, response and notification procedures.

No data transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. While we apply robust safeguards, we cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to us. You are responsible for keeping your Account login credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

Subject to applicable data protection law in the Operator's jurisdiction and any overriding legal obligations (including AML and KYC retention requirements), you hold the following rights in relation to your Personal Data:

We aim to acknowledge all requests within 48 hours and to respond substantively within 30 calendar days. Identity verification may be required before we process certain requests. We will not charge a fee for standard requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

The slotpj Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older (or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under the minimum age threshold. If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from an underage individual, we will immediately suspend the associated Account, forfeit all associated funds and securely delete the data in accordance with our retention policy.

slotpj's primary user base is in Pakistan. We specifically note the following for Pakistani users:

• Payment provider names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as familiar Pakistani payment context only. None of these providers are Data Controllers in connection with slotpj, endorse this Platform or confirm that their services are available for gambling-related transactions.
• Where payment transaction data involves references to the above providers, that data is processed solely in the context of your deposit and withdrawal requests and is subject to the same protections as all other Personal Data held by slotpj.
• Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive general data protection law equivalent to the EU's GDPR. Your data protection rights are governed by the data protection legislation applicable in the Operator's licence jurisdiction, not Pakistani law, unless otherwise required by applicable statutes.
• We do not share your data with the Government of Pakistan, PTA, SBP or any Pakistani authority except where required by a valid legal order served in a jurisdiction where we are legally obligated to comply.

slotpj reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law or the Operator's regulatory framework. When material changes are made, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Platform and, where we hold your email address, by sending a notification to your registered email.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the effective date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to a revised Policy, you should stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
